Who can join Equalsphere programs?

Our programs are open to women, youth (18-35), individuals from marginalized communities and persons with disabilities (PWDs). We currently focus on people with hearing impairment and plan to expand to other disability groups over time. Occasionally, we accept international applications when capacity allows.

Yes, all of our programs are free.

We design our programs to be inclusive of a wide range of disabilities, including:
Hearing impairments

Mobility impairments

Visual impairments

Neurodivergent learners (e.g., autism, ADHD)

Our priority right now is accessibility for the hearing impairment community, but we’re constantly working to expand our support tools.

Yes. Many of our sessions are available online and physically, supported with subtitled video content, sign language interpreters, and accessible learning formats. Where possible, we also provide hybrid or in-person classes in Lagos and its environs and Abuja.

Absolutely. We work with inclusive employers to help our graduates find internships and job opportunities. Our goal isn’t just to train, it’s to help you launch your career in tech and beyond.

Our standard program — Data Analytics and Management — runs for 6 weeks. It includes live classes, projects, mentorship, and a final assessment. Other specialized workshops may vary in duration.

Our proven pathway includes:
